Draft Review of the Katikati Ward Reserve Management Plan Reserves Act 1977

As part of Council’s desire to meet the community expectations in the provision of reserves, a series of Reserve Management Plans were developed. The Katikati Ward Reserve Management Plan adopted in December 2002 is due for review under Section 41(6) of the Reserves Act 1977 and a Draft has now been completed.

You are invited, under Section 41(6) of the Reserves Act 1977 to make written submissions. This draft contains information specific to the reserves in the Katikati Ward, as well as generic reserve management policies that were previously adopted in the Katikati, Kaimai, Te Puke, Maketu and Waihi Beach Ward Reserve Management Plan processes.

You are invited to make written comments, suggestions or objections to the Draft Review and should include your reasons.  A submission form is available or you can write and should include
• your name
• postal address
• contact telephone number
• whether you wish to speak to a hearings meeting in support of your submission
