There are three ways you can search:
1) Legal Search:
- Enter the Plan number of the property with no spaces: eg DP123456, or DPS123456, or SO123456, or ML123456
- Enter the Lot number. If you do not know the lot number your search results will show a list of all lots on the survey plan entered.
2) Location Search:
- Enter the name of the road where the property is situated eg: "Crawford" not "Crawford Road" or if the street name has 2 words like: "Old Highway" then separate the two words with a semicolon. eg: "Old;Highway" or "SH;29".
- Enter the Road/Street number of the property. If you have an alpha character in your house name please do not include this in the search. eg: 35A needs to be entered as 35 only. A list of all alpha properties will then be presented for you to choose from.
Please note: If you do not know the property number your search will retrieve all properties on the road/street name entered. Properties with no house number will be displayed at top of list. Because of the large areas that State Highways cover please ensure you have entered a house number to retrieve your data.
3) Valuation Search:
- Enter the 5 digit valuation number in first box with a leading 0, 3 digit number in second box, 2 digit number in third box, and alpha letter in the fourth. Please leave the alpha box blank if there is no alpha digit in the valuation number.

or: 01234 003 01 (blank)
